Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation Names Peggy York Vice Chair of the Board

Peggy York brings experience, passion, and family legacy to Tomorrow’s Hope Board.

Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation (THF) is proud to announce the appointment of Peggy York as Vice Chair of its Board of Directors. Peggy brings a unique blend of experience, passion, and deep-rooted commitment to Catholic education, continuing a legacy of leadership that began with her parents, Lew and Peg Ranieri, founders of the Foundation.

A lifelong advocate for Catholic education, Peggy has been a dedicated Board member and has served on every Tomorrow’s Hope event committee. Her professional life as a teacher at Kellenberg Memorial High School and her family’s active involvement in Catholic schools give her a personal connection to the mission. Peggy’s husband, Bobby York, is also an educator, and their son, Anthony, attends St. Joseph School in Garden City.

“Peggy embodies the values Tomorrow’s Hope was founded on while representing the next generation of leadership,” said Lew Ranieri, Chairman of the Board. “Her appointment ensures we remain focused on supporting students today and preparing leaders for tomorrow.”

Reflecting on her new role, Peggy shared:

“I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve as Vice Chair of an organization that has meant so much to my family for so long. My parents taught me early on the importance of giving back and helping others, and I hope to continue that tradition through Tomorrow’s Hope. Catholic education holds an incredibly special place in my heart, and I want to see our schools thrive and grow so that many more students can experience the gift of an exceptional education.”

This new role positions Peggy to carry forward her family's legacy while driving the Foundation’s efforts to meet the evolving needs of Catholic education. Her experience as an educator and parent brings a valuable perspective to the Board’s work.
