We’re proud to share the inspiring journey of Natalia, a shining example of what’s possible

ree

through faith, perseverance, and the support of our Catholic school community.

Just last year, Natalia was an 8th-grader at Holy Family School in Hicksville -- a school she had attended since she was just three years old. Her first day was an emotional one, marked by tears and nervous goodbyes. While Natalia bravely stepped into her new environment, her mother turned to God in prayer, asking for His guidance and protection over her daughter.

From that first day forward, Natalia flourished. Thanks in part to tuition assistance from Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation, she was able to continue her education at Holy Family. Over the years, she became a multi-sport athlete, joined numerous clubs, including Frassati Fellowship, Aquinas Club, and Girl Scouts, and was inducted into the National Honor Society.

Natalia’s mother shared, "Natalia has formed spiritually in a community where she can experience the love of Jesus Christ and be a witness to the Gospel. Thanks to her hard work and the support of her teachers, she was accepted into all three of her high school choices with partial scholarships."

In recognition of her accomplishments, Natalia was the STAR Speaker at the 19th Annual STAR for Students Gala hosted by Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation in May of 2024.

Now, Natalia is thriving as a freshman at Holy Trinity Diocesan High School. She began the year on the Principal’s List and continues to achieve academic success. Her passion for sports has only grown. She plays on Holy Trinity’s JV volleyball team and a local volleyball club, and she also joined the school’s varsity girls' golf team. Beyond academics and athletics, Natalia remains deeply involved in her faith. She serves in campus ministry and continues to be an altar server at both Holy Family Parish and Holy Trinity School Masses.

We’re incredibly proud of Natalia’s journey and grateful for your support!
