Mary Ryan Gonzalez

Mary Ryan Gonzalez is a Director in the Structured Finance department at Standard & Poor’s, a division of the McGraw-Hill Companies. Mary joined Standard and Poor’s in 1993 as a ratings analyst in the Public Finance department and is currently serving as the Analytic Manager for the Synthetic Securities Group. The group is engaged in the analysis of structured products, such as credit derivatives, pass-through securities and various types of swaps. Her responsibilities include oversight of the ratings process and criteria development, as well as the recruitment, training and development of the analytic staff.

Mary is an active member of the McGraw-Hill Women’s Initiative for Networking & Success (WINS) organization and is a reading volunteer in the Everybody Wins partnership with the New York City Schools.

Mary graduated from Maria Regina High School in Uniondale and went on to receive a B.S. in Finance from Siena College and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. She and her husband, Patrick, reside in Rockville Centre where they are members of the St. Agnes Cathedral parish and have two children who attend the St. Agnes Cathedral School.
