Kathleen A. Brand is the Executive Director of Tomorrow's Hope Foundation in Catholic Education, Inc., through the Diocese of Rockville Centre. In 1977 she received her Bachelors Degree from Stony Brook University. She later went on to receive her Masters in Business Administration in 1985 from Hofstra University.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Kathleen was the Event Manager at the Hauppauge Industrial Association, a not for profit business membership organization. As Event Manager, Kathleen was responsible for planning all business events, programs and speakers, and obtaining sponsorships.

From 2001- 2003 Kathleen was employed at the Town of Islip Office of Economic Development as an Economic Development Marketing Specialist attracting new business to the Township.

Active in government and politics, Kathleen was Campaign Finance Manager on the Lazio Senate Campaign in 2000. She ran for New York State Assembly in 2002.

Active in Suffolk County Lions since 1988, Kathleen served on the SC Lions Cabinet for three years, 1997-2001, was President of the Lioness Club of Islips, 1996-1998, and the first woman President of the Bay Shore Lions, 2003-2004. Kathleen is also a Board Director for the Stephanie Joyce Kahn Foundation in Long Beach. Kathleen has received numerous awards for her service and dedication to her community.
